- Appointment Confirmation: Kindly confirm your appointment when contacted within 48 hours to keep your spot secured.
- Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% chargeof the treatment fee.
- Last-Minute & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 5 hours, or failure to attend your appointment, will incur a 100% charge of the treatment fee.
